Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the website design and content created specifically for your project. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio. Third-party software, plugins, and tools remain subject to their respective licenses.

Limitation of Liability

Effortless Web is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
