By engaging Effortless Web for services, you agree to the following terms. These terms apply to all web design, development, SEO, and related digital services provided by Effortless Web.

Services

We provide web design, development, hosting, SEO, and related digital services as outlined in project proposals or service agreements. All deliverables and timelines are specified in writing before work begins.

Free demo requests

When you request a free website demo, you confirm that you are authorised to discuss the business and the materials you ask us to use. You allow us to use the details you provide and relevant information, branding and images available on the business website or public profiles to prepare a private working demo. You keep ownership of your existing materials; a demo does not transfer those rights to us.

You allow us to show the demo design and our work on it in our portfolio, case studies and social media. We may include the business details and materials shown in that demo. If you need the demo kept private, tell us before we publish it; you can also ask us to remove a showcase later. We will not launch a replacement public website for your business without a separate agreement.

We may use your contact details to discuss the demo request and follow up if you leave the interview unfinished. The privacy policy explains how interview progress is stored and processed.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. For website projects, a deposit is typically required before work begins, with the balance due on project completion. Ongoing services are billed as agreed in the service contract.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the website design and content created specifically for your project. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio. Third-party software, plugins, and tools remain subject to their respective licenses.

Limitation of Liability

Effortless Web is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
